Medical Visa

It is essential for international patients to get a medical visa before traveling to India for their treatment. Patients from selected countries can also opt for visa on arrival, which allows them to stay in the country for a maximum of 60 days, to avail their treatment.

Travel and Accommodation

We arrange for airport pick-up and drop for a hassle-free journey in the city. The patient coordinator assigned to you takes care of room bookings in the hospital. In the case of out-patients, we help organize your stay, which is near the hospital, keeping time and comfort a priority. The travelers-at-heart can get a list of sightseeing spots around the city, which give them their fill of the diversity, heritage, and vibe of Mumbai.

Duration of Stay

We typically request patients to arrive 2-3 days prior to the treatment, for any preliminary tests and checkups to be conducted efficiently. This also allows you to get acquainted with the city and move about without hassles. Post the treatment and discharge, it is advisable to travel after 1-2 days, to avoid any complications and ensure a smooth recovery.

Many international patients may not be comfortable with English, requiring a translator in their native language. We focus on giving each patient a clear understanding of their treatment and arrange for a translator or interpreter in German, French, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc. to facilitate conversation. Get in touch with our healthcare team for inquiries regarding translation services.
