Pragya is a skilled and qualified dietician with ~5 years of rich experience in the healthcare and fitness industries. She is currently working as a part-time clinical dietician with MPCT Surana Hospital, and Indravati Hospital & Research Centre in Mumbai. Earlier, she has worked as, a visiting consultant with Reliance India Limited, and also with Fortis Hiranandani Hospital as a senior dietician and Talwalkars Health Clubs Limited as a diet consultant to gain hands-on experience in catering to a wide range of dietary requirements for diverse target groups. Before joining the healthcare workforce in full capacity, she has trained rigorously in the dietetics department of Agra’s multispecialty Pushpanjali Hospital.

A university-level gold medalist from Agra’s prestigious BR Ambedkar University, where she earned her graduate and post-graduate education in home sciences, Pragya also holds a certificate in Food Preservation by UAKPV, a Government of Uttar Pradesh body. She has thorough expertise in therapeutic diet planning, Ryles tube feeding (RTF) plans, diet counseling and education, and a keen interest in all kinds of therapeutic diets.

Aside from work, Pragya is a woman with multiple talents. She’s a trained Kathak and folk dancer, a basketball and table-tennis player, and has won numerous prized at school, college and university levels in both academic and performing arts, including music, dance, and theatre. She enjoys organizing cultural events and festivals, listening to the music of all kinds and cooking in her free time.

Pragya mentions positivity, adaptability, and the ability to see humor day-to-day life as some of her strongest traits. She lives in Mumbai with her family.
